with the Academy of Experts, actively involved in construction projects
in U.K. and internationally. Managing Director of the Longworth Consulting
Group of Companies, advising clients on contractual and procurement problems
and their resolution on a daily basis within the engineering and construction
industries. Advice includes PFI/DBFO/BOOT projects in U.K. and Europe
on power stations, roads, highways and bridges, desalination plants, schools,
hospitals and airport projects. Expert Witness in building, civil engineering
and specialist engineering matters. Registered Adjudicator, International
Arbitrator and Legally Qualified to draft and administer construction
