in construction projects in the U.K., Europe and Internationally. Senior
Consultant advising clients on contractual and procurement problems and
their resolution on a daily basis within the engineering and construction
industries. Expert Witness in civil engineering and specialist engineering
matters.
Formerly Technical Director of a U.K. Public Development Corporation,
responsible for infrastructure projects, manufacturing facility developments,
road and bridgeworks projects over a 30 year period from 1966 to 1996
before entering into consultancy practice as Senior Consultant and Advisor
.

capital and revenue budgets with the Corporation.
1992 - 1996
Director of Technical Services of the Corporation responsible for Planning,
Design, Construction and Maintenance of the whole new town of Glenrothes,
responsible for 63 Engineers and staff and over 100 other direct employees,
with capital budget of £25 million.
