Dispute Definition
Dispute: any matter or issue arising between the Parties which has not been resolved between the Parties within 30 days (or such longer period as is agreed between the Parties) of its referral to an Informal Procedure or in respect of which either Party has failed or refused to participate in an Informal Procedure and shall include any Disputes referred to Adjudication.
